JetLag: Digital Test

Ruleset

so the rules are as following
there are two teams, one that hides and one that seeks. the goal of the seeking team is to find the hiders as quick as possible. whereas the goal of the hiding team is to stay hidden as long as possible. so far easy, right?
but how will you be able to find the hiders in all of munich? you can ask them specific questions in different categories. those being "matching questions", "measuring questions", "radars" and "photos". examples will follow. however for every asked question, the hiders get to draw from a deck of cards. these include "curses" (which i will not give you examples of because i think the surprise is funnier), "time bonuses" (pretty straight forward) and "systemical cards" (more on those later as well). in general you can say, curses slow the seekers down, time bonuses will be added to the hiding time at the end of the run and systemical cards have various other effects.
the hiders can only have a maximum of 6 cards in their hand at a time.
in the beginning of the game, the hiding team has 45 min to get to their hiding zone using public transport. your hiding zone is the train/subway/sbahn station you are at, when the timer hits zero. it covers a radius of 500 meters around the station. in which you can freely move (at least at first). you are allowed to use bus and tram, however their stations cannot be the center of your hiding zones. the hiders also see the location of the seekers at all times. if the seekers enter the hiding zone, the "endgame" is triggered. at that point the hiders need to be hidden completely and can no longer move around. they can still play their cards, however they cannot be asked questions that force them to move.
teams can also never split up.

now to the cards:
there are 4 different time bonuses: 1 min, 3 min, 5 min, 10 min. if they are on the hiders hand at the end of the game they will be added to their hiding time
then there are the systemical cards. these include "Discard 1, Draw 2" "Duplicate" and "Randomise". the first on is what its name suggests. the second one lets you duplicate another card on your hand. the third one lets you ramdomise the question the seekers asked. if they for example ask for a 500 meter radar, they would need to roll a die to determine what their question turns into. if they for example get a 5, that would be a 10 kilometer radar. as for the curses, its funnier if you dont know (at least for me)
